About the Speaker
Brian Carlin
MD
Dr. Carlin practices pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine in Western Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Penn State Medical School, completed his residency at Allegheny General Hospital, and finished his fellowship at the University of California San Diego. He is currently the medical director for Select Specialty Critical Illness Recovery Hospital-Johnstown. He is a former past president of the American Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and is one of the current editors for the 6th edition of the Guidelines for Pulmonary Rehabilitation (which was published at the end of August).
